WELCOME TO TURKU PROGRAMME INCLUDES
Once you sign up for our Welcome to Turku programme, feel welcome to join all activities you find relevant to your integration to Turku. It is not mandatory to participate in all the activities, however, to get the most out of the programme we recommend you try out each activity and participate on a weekly basis.
Coaching is a customer- and goal-oriented process. Generally, coaching is a tool that is being used throughout the Welcome to Turku programme’s activities to assist the participants of the programme towards their own integration goals.
During the programme you also have an opportunity to book 1:1 coaching sessions that focus on your individual needs, challenges and goals. In individual coaching, the coach helps you draw up a plan, gives feedback and keeps you focused and responsible for your commitments. The 1:1 coaching sessions can be booked from the coach directly once you have signed up for the programme.
Sessions are led by a professional coach Deeana Lehtinen, who is specialized in integration.
Contact Deeana Lehtinen to book a 1:1 coaching session via email: deeana.lehtinen@turku.fi
The workshop starts with an orientation lecture and discussion led by an expert of the processed topic and is followed by reflective exercises and group discussions. Successfully integrated internationals share their experiences, tips and tricks on that topic.
To get the most out of the programme, we suggest you to join the thematic workshops weekly.
