Join our intern Svetlana and tour guide Sebastian Backlund in the entrance lobby of the Main Library. Child-friendly. Feel free to bring your children along.

📌 Planning for Success Series: Digital Services Edition

Learning Finnish and finding a job are always hot topics for internationals. This week, you’ll have the chance to explore digital services designed to aid in learning Finnish or Swedish and to support your job search.

📌 Families with Children: Children’s Activities

📍 International House Turku Hub, Linnankatu 31
Discover more about Finland, traditional foods, Finnish customs, and traditions in a fun way through games and discussions. This activity is recommended for children aged 7 and older. (Parental presence is required; children cannot be left unattended in Linnankatu!)

📌 Online Finnish Language Practice Group (Finnish only at the moment!)

Requirements: Minimum A1 language proficiency. Participants will be divided into two groups: A1 – A2 and B1 – C. Same Teams link as for our hybrid events.

📌 Finnish and Swedish Language Practice

Enhance your Finnish or Swedish language skills in a supportive environment with fellow learners and native speakers. Participants will be grouped based on their proficiency levels.

Join us for casual networking with fellow internationals. Stay updated on Turku’s latest news and enjoy a sweet piispis, coffee, and good company!

📌 Multicultural Families: Networking and Peer Support for International Families
⏰ 15:30 – 18:00
📍 International House Turku Hub, Linnankatu 31
Children’s activity: Memory games and supervised fun by occupational therapy students. Relax with other families and provide your children with the chance to make new friends. (Parental presence is required; children cannot be left unattended in Linnankatu!)
