Christmas Party
Date: Wednesday 29.11.
Time: 4.30 pm – 6 pm
Location: Café Dominic, Kaskenkatu 5
Welcome to our end of the year Christmas party, or as the Finns call it, “pikkujoulut” at Café Dominic! We will have some alcohol free glögi, a warm winter drink, and some traditional pastries called tähtitorttu. We will listen to Finnish Christmas songs and speak some Finnish in a relaxed atmosphere. As this is the last event of the year, we are also very much looking forward on your feedback on the whole programme!
Puhutaan suomea – Let’s speak Finnish practice group
Date: Friday 8.12. and 15.12.
Time: 3.30 pm – 5 pm
Location: International House Turku Hub (Linnankatu 31)
Come practice your Finnish in a supportive and relaxed environment, together with peers, experts by experience and native speakers. The participants will be divided into groups based on the level of their Finnish language skills.
Swedish language practice group

Vision Board workshop
Date: Friday 15.12.

Come and make your 2024 Vision board with us! Bring your laptop/tablet for an online Vision Board, or paper, color pens, scissors, some old magazines, etc, for a classic Vision Board. Actually it will be an Action Board, because we will discuss tips and tricks on how to make visions come true! Our colleague Abdel will share about how to market skills and make expertise visible on social media.
Working Space – drop-in
