Ukrainians who have come to Finland based on a temporary protection can apply for a municipality of residence in Finland from 1st of March 2023.
You can apply for a municipality of residence if you have had a residence permit in Finland for at least a year. You can apply for a municipality of residence online on the website of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
Українці, які прожили у Фінляндії рік, маючи статус тимчасового захисту, з 1.3.2023 можуть звертатися за постійною пропискою.
